Cancellation & Refund Policy
A project can be cancelled any time up until the start of work on it. Any monies paid up until that point will be refunded.
Once a project has started, any monies paid will be transferred to the engineer working on that project and no refunds can be paid. This is because the engineer’s time has been paid for in advance. The only exception to this is mastering, where the project is started and clip is sent to the client before payment is made.
Any refunds that have been agreed by both parties, will be paid in full via the original payment method within 72 hours of the agreement.
